Change Location Once Credit Card is Charged

In this article we will discuss how to change the payment location once you have processed the credit card.

The location default of the payment is based off of the patient's default location in their profile:

There are a couple of areas in HENO where you can accept the patient payments using the Card Processing Terminal:

Once your payment has been processed:

This will bring you into the Recent Payments Screen where you can go into the patient's profile by licking on their name:
Next please click onto "Payments" from the patient administration and click onto the "payment number"

This will bring you to the general page for the payment where you can select the location you would like to associate the payment to:

Once you have selected the new location, please click on the "Apply Changes" to save and update HENO:
