How to Change Claims Address
If the address for your claims is different than your facility address (Box 33 on the claims), you will want to create the EDI mailing override.
If you are needing to change the physical location address: See Article
Click "Admin" > Click "Practice" >
Click "EDI" >
Under the "Practice Billing Address" section, make your changes > then click "Apply Changes" > If you are needing to rebill the insurance with the updated information, you will want to follow these instructions: See Article
