Rebill Corrected Information

Rebill a corrected claim

This will pull any changes you have made to the patient, policy, or insurance to submit the information.

You will use the check boxes next to the claims you are needing to resubmit, then use the Options drop down at the top of the page. 

Select Option 4 Rebill/Update & Send Later (This option will pick up any changes made to the claim)

Once you've selected option 4, choose a frequency

Then select SUBMIT

Once the selected claim(s) status is " Send Pending", select the airplane

Once you click the airplane, these claims will fall into the Send Claims bucket to submit to the insurance.

*Please Note: If you changed the Diagnosis codes, you will have to update the claims individually: See Article
