Cancel a Payment

Before proceeding to processing a payment, make sure you have your terminal is set up and the privilege in the user.

There are a couple of areas in HENO where you can accept the patient payments using the Card Processing Terminal:

• Schedule -> Check-In: See Article
• Schedule -> Quick Links -> Take Payment: See Article
• Charge Screen -> Check Out: See Article
• Patient Demographics -> Payment: See Article

To Cancel a payment from any of the above Take Payment areas

You can click on the Cancel inside the payment pop-up:

Click on the Red button on the terminal:
