Card Processing Privileges

There are new privileges added in the User area for the Card Processing:

• CC reports - These are admin reports that show transaction information

CC Set Up - This is the ability to do the initial set up on the Credit Card terminal and to make any edits. See Article on how to set up

• Charge Card - Allows the user to charge card in the many different areas of HENO
• Charge Card on File - Allows the user to charge the saved card in the HENO account
• Refund Transactions - Allows the user to refund partial or full amounts of the charge (can be done same day or after).
• Void Transactions - Allows the user to void the entire charge (Has to be completed same day before batch).
