This report contains a history of all marketing efforts that the company and/ or employees have completed. A summary of all marketing activities is shown on this page.

  • Date of activity 
  • Activity name
  • Provider/ person that was contacted
  • Notes about the marketing
  • FF (friendliness factor)
  • The company name and type that was contacted
  • Cost of marketing

Click create to add into the marketing log.

Steps to adding to the marketing log

  1. Select the employee responsible for the marketing
  2. Add a date of service
  3. Select the contact type (e.g. medical office, hospital, school, community)
  4. Select the contacted doctor
  5. Select the company 
    1. If not in the drop-down menu, click "add company" 
  6. Select the method of marketing- "activity type" (e.g. email, fax, phone, office visit)
  7. Enter the cost of marketing
  8. Enter friendly factor
  9. Enter notes about the contact
  10. Create a follow-up
    1. Person to contact
    2. When to contact
    3. Reason for contact

When you click "create", you will be sent back to your marketing log.
