To generate reports about appointment go to the appointment details reports. Here you can generate reports such as:

  • Appointments by the time of day, week, month or year.
  • Appointments in which the patient was not checked in.
  • Summary of daily visits
  • Summary of upcoming appointments
  • Appointments that need authorization checks
  • Medicare appointments
  • Summary of appointments by slot type (e.g. evals, follow-ups)

The primary report

A detailed overview of appointments in the last week. You can view the appointment time, insurance and employee responsible for the appointment. You may also filter your by results over a shorter or longer time span by clicking on the applied filter (black). To change the report click on the drop-down box (yellow)

To change date range

  • Column: appointment time
  • Operate: is in the last
  • Expression: 1, 2, 3 ...
  • Minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, year

Appointment not checked in report

An overview of patients that have not been checked in for the past 3 months is generated. Again, results may be filtered by appointment type or appointment status by clicking on the respective filter. Patient insurance and employee responsible are also shown in the table. This report generates the oldest appointment dates first.

Daily visits report

With this report, you generate a listing of the visits for a single day. To change the date. click on the appt date filter (purple).

Upcoming Visits report

Here you can view all of your scheduled appointments in the next three days. The report also includes the patient phone number. This report is useful for reminding patients of their appointments. Again, the range of days in advance can be changed by clicking the applied filter.

Not checked in report

Much like the previous "appointment not checked in" report, but it populates the most recent appointment first and with a much smaller time span (within the last week).

Authorization check report

Generates a report of all the appointment that need an authorization for check-in. This is useful for contacting providers or insurances companies prior to patient appointment to get approval for the visit. The report also highlights appointment by color. You may change the date ranges by clicking or unchecking the filter buttons.

Medicare patient report

Generates a report about your Medicare patient. It groups each patient individually.

POS/ FFD report

This report is useful for filtering appointments by type (e.g evaluation, follow-ups). You will have to manually click on the slot type filter to get an accurate report.

Within the filter make sure the column is "slot type", operator "contains and expression the slot type you want the report to generate. Click apply.
