1. Primary Report

  • Generates a monthly report about your visits. Information provided includes patient name, insurance, type of appointment, the employee responsible for the appointment, patient referral source, patient-provider and total charges. 
  • Click the funnel to filter the reported appointments by date (blue).
  • Click the yellow drop-down box to change the appointment report.

This filter is used to change the date for completed appointment report. Change the expression and unit of time (hour, day, week, month, year). Apply 

2. Billed/ Allowed by Week and Slot Type

  • Generates a weekly report of billing amount by slot type.
  • To change the week, click the funnel filter (Red).
  • To view more details click the pivot button (Green). 

Update the billing report by desired week by changing the expression. Apply

  • Now the week being reported is the 25th week of the year- Month of June. You can see the type of appointment, the number of visits for each type and how much was billed for each type. To view each individual appointment, click the grid icon (orange).

3. Daily Visits

  • Generates a report of the number of visits by slot type and employee for a set date range. Change date range by clicking the funnel filter.

4. Dashboard Report

  • Generates report about the total amount of completed appointment and their slot type for each employee.

5. Employee Visits by Slot Type

  • Generates report about the total number of completed visits, slot type and date range for each employee.
  • To change the date range, click the funnel filter.

  • Adjust date range by clicking on the calendar icons. Click apply.

6. Payer Mix (monthly)

  • Generates a monthly report about the total number of visits and amount billed per insurance company. To change the month being reported, click the funnel filter.

7. Payer Mix (weekly)

  • Generates a weekly report about the total number of visits and amount billed per insurance company. To change the week being reported, click the funnel filter.

8. Total/ Average Charges Summary

  • Generates report about the number of visits and total charges for a specific date range. The report also differentiates between eval and non-eval slot types. To change date ranges click the funnel fitler.

9. Units and charges by employee

  • Generates monthly report on total units and charges per employee. To change month, click the funnel filter.

10. Visits by evaluation and scenario type

  • Generates report on the total number of eval visits and breaks it down by payer scenario (PPO, HMO, Medicare).
