Cancel Graph

The cancel graph will show canceled and no show appointments week over week throughout the year. The total is the complete percent of both types of cancelations. You are able to click on the cancel bar on the graph to get more information or can go directly into the schedule report for more details.

Select the Bar:

• Group = Week
• Value = Percent of cancelations for that group

This will generate a list of patients who canceled on that week: 

• You can change the cancel status by selecting "Cancel"

• Select your Cancel Type (Power User privilege is needed)
• Add a Cancel Tag (optional)
• Add a Cancel Note (optional)
• Apply Changes
