Customizing Your Follow Up Reasons

To customize your follow up reasons, please follow these steps: 

• Patient 
• Edit pencil 
• Actions
• Manage Substatus

Inside the "Custom" Tab: 

• Pink - You can add a Sub Status
• Green - You can mark the subs status Active or Inactive
• Purple - If marked inactive, the inactive date will appear in this column
• Yellow - This is the name of the Sub Status 

Inside the "System-Wide" tab: 

• All Status codes on the left side of the column will appear on the list 
• All status codes moved to the right column will be excluded. 

If you move any status codes from either column, select save.
