How to Remove/Edit a Checked in Patient

*****With our September 2022 release, You can now edit individual appointments that are apart of a series!!!***

Click "Schedule" tab >  

Click on the appointment > 

Select "Patient" > Click "Save" >

The patient now will appear on the schedule: Click on the patient > 

Click "Check In" > 

Collect copay (optional at check-in) > Click "Check-In" >

The patient is now "Checked-In" :

Click on the Patient > Click "Edit Check-In" >

The "Patient Check-In" screen will appear: Click "Remove Check-In" >

The schedule will reflect the patient as not checked-in:

With our September 2022 release, you now have the ability to edit Individual appointments apart of a series!

When changing anything on a series appointment, the system will prompt you if you would like to change the entire series or just that appointment!
