1. Primary Report

This is the Primary Report for ALL Active / Inactive patients in your clinic. 

• Patient
• Select "8. Patient Visits" in the drop down

In this report, you'll be able to view the following:

• RED - Patient Status / Sub status 
• GREEN - Patients Name & DOB
• ORANGE - Follow up pertaining to the patient 
• PURPLE - Home Phone Number
• BLUE - Rendering Provider
• PINK - Patients Key
• BROWN - Clinics Location

You can also add or take away columns in this report. 

• Select the "Actions" drop down 
• Columns

• ORANGE - "Do Not Display" | Everything in this column will NOT display in the report
• GREEN - "Display in Report" | Everything in this column WILL display in the report
• BLUE - These buttons are how you will move the columns from displaying or not displaying on the report. 

To move the columns, select column & select button -> Apply.
