Copy and Paste from Microsoft Office

We have identified an ongoing issue with Microsoft Office and Google Chrome as it appears that there is a coding between the two that no longer support a copy and paste feature into HENO and other softwares. 

The HENO Support team has found several suggestions to work-around this situation. 

1. Convert Document to PDF for copy/paste
2. Open in the Browser Product of Microsoft Office instead of the computer application.

3. Use a different browser (such as Firefox or Safari)
4. Right Click to "Paste and Match Style" (Mac OS Only)
5. Report to Microsoft Office or Google Chrome 

We have reported this to Microsoft Office and have been provided with a Case Number: 1012215737 at this time Microsoft Office does not have any recommendation while they are looking into this to find a resolution.
