Credit Card - Charge a card without a Terminal

*Please Note: You MUST have the credit card integration in order to charge a card without a terminal. 

In this article, you learn the steps on how to take a credit card payment without a terminal in any payment screen. 

To get started:

• Black Box
  • Click on the Charge card button
• Red Box
  • When the charge card screen pops up, select Make Web Browser Payment

Next, you're going to input the required information.

• Yellow Box
  • Select the patient that you are charge the card for
• Brown Box Coming (August 21, 2021)
  • Select Location (Defaults to patients location in demographics) 
• Blue box
  • Input the amount of the payment
• Green Box
  • Name on the card
• Orange Box
  • This is where you you will put the card number, Expire Month and Year, Security code and Zip code 
• Red Box
  • If you wish to save the card on file, turn this switch on
• Pink Box
  • Click Pay 

Once you have clicked Pay, you will get a pop up asking you to confirm the amount of the payment. Select OK and it will charge the card.
