Applying Self Pay Payment - No General Store

In this article, you will learn how to apply a Self Pay patient's payment if you do not have the General Store add-on.

Applying Self Pay Payments

If you do not have the General Store add-on, you are still able to apply a self pay patient payment within Heno. This method is more a manual method but this will allow you to report on your self pay patients. 

To get started, you will need to the Patient Section then select the patient by with clicking on the pencil or double box icon (to open the patient in a new tab).

Once you you are in the the patient's profile, select Payments on the right hand side.

Next, you're going to click the Create Payment button.

To manually apply a patient payment, click the Manual Payment Entry button.

Now you're ready to enter the patient payment. Once finished, click Create.
