How to Create a Daily Note from a previous Eval

To copy over the information from an eval to a daily note, you will need to be in the unapproved Eval you want to copy over.

Eval -> Actions -> Create from IE

By using this option it will create a Daily note with the information from the available fields to copy over. 

From the Daily Note we can add in our Experiences and CPT Codes and check the patient out. 

The last remaining step would be to approve out Eval and Daily note once completed.
