Insurance ERA Posting

When a payment come into the system and the insurance name doesn't populate on the "Insurance" column, this happens when these are secondary payment. Heno does not automatically pick the payer as the payer coming back could be different then what the client has in Heno. However, we do tell you who the payer is in the notes section of the payment during the auto post. This was done in case Medicare forwards to a different payer then what's on record in Heno to prevent confusion.
