Types of Documentation

You may have several documents that seem like they need to be completed. This may not be the case. The slot type (appointment) will allow you to populate the documentation types that are available for this patient during the appointment.

The Eval slots will allow the following documentation:

• Eval 
• Daily Note

The non-Eval slots will allow:

• Daily Note 
• Progress Note
• Discharge

This does not mean that you have to fill out all of this documentation. There is a Skip option on the Daily Note and Progress Note if the documentation is not needed: Skipping Daily Note/Progress Note

The area to view the settings of the Slot type is in the Schedule tab -> Slot
