Slot Builder

You would first want to make sure you create a "Slot Type" for the type of block ie: Out of the office, Vacation, Meeting, Lunch ect. | Creating Slot Types and Colors

Schedule -> Slot Builder -> Create 

• Red- Select your Start and End Date for the series (This is the starting & ending date of the series)
• Purple- Select Start and End Time for the series (This is the starting & ending date of the series)
• Blue- Select your Resource ( This is the resource the slot is created for which can be created under Schedule -> Resources.This is helpful to use a resource in the event an employee is no longer available the resource can simply be changed to a new employee without having to create new slots.)
• Green- Select Type (This is the Slot Type)
• Orange- Notes (Optional)
• Yellow- These are the days the series will be applied to.
• Select Create
