Add Patient to Portal

If a patient did not register through the portal, you can add them add them from inside of their details page.

You will want to start on the Patient tab

Click on the Patient's Edit Pencil to access their details:

There will be an Actions Menu at the top of the patients Details:

Inside the Actions Menu, You will select Portal and + Add:

Once you have added them to the portal (Please Note, you will need a valid email from the patient for this), you will get an alert starting they have been sent an email to access the account:

The Patient Side email will look similar to this. They will get notification that they have been added to the account and how to access the portal should they not get to the password reset link in the 90 minutes:
