Using Telehealth Settings in HENO

HENO now has an integration with Doxy provides a baseline free Telehealth Video Conference platform that offers a BAA, Business Associate Agreement, between Doxy and your clinic.

To sign up for a Doxy account, Please click the following link. *** AS OF February 3rd, 2022, Doxy is now charging $35.00 for creating an account***:  Click Here!

Once you have signed up for Doxy you will have your own personal room name that you would enter into the General --> My Preferences tab in HENO.

Please only enter the Doxy Name in the Doxy Room field, you do not need to include the URL.

Click Apply Changes to save your individual user's settings.

To access your Doxy Room, you can do so from the following:

 After Checking-in your Telehealth Appointment Slot the "Start Telehealth" option will be present. 

This will bring you into your Doxy log in page:

Your patient will be able to access the Doxy waiting room though the links sent from Email or Text Reminders:
