HENO Privileges

Privileges Access in HENO
Admin: Employee Salary Info This will allow the user to access the Salering area inside of the Admin -> User. This will also allow them to run the productive report and view salary on previously ran reports.
Admin: IP Security This user will be able to lock IP address security in Admin -> Practice -> IP Security. They will have the ability to turn on new security or turn off old.
Admin: Implementer This will give access to the Customize Button where settings for the General Note, Eval/PN/DC, billing, and disclaimer can be changed. This is found on the General Tab, Schedule -> Today, and inside the Daily Note.
This will give you the ability to Manage Substatus & Manage Follow Up Reasons.
Admin: HENO Payment Methods This will allow a user to edit or add in payment methods for the practices monthly billing.
Admin: Power User This user will be giving access to several parts of the system. Some of the main components include: Scheduling Error (cannot report on this cancel option) Remove Check-ins, deleting payments, access to the Admin tab, override Auth/Policy alerts, and much more. Be cautious with this privilege.
Admin: Practice - General This will give the user access to the Admin -> Practice tab and allow them to update information such as Documentation disclaimer, practice location information, and turn on/off reminders.
Admin: Practice - List Mgmt This give this user the ability to update List information on areas such as the Sub-status on the Patient demographics, referring providers, and the List management in the Marketing component.
Admin: Practice Providers Allows a user to edit and modify a provider for the practice.
Admin: Security - Other Information coming soon!
Admin: Security - Users This will allow the user the ability to create and Edit Users in a practice, access to Privileges for a User, and the ability to change password for a User.
EMR: Template Builder This will allow the user to access the custom template library, create new custom templates and intake forms, and edit/inactivate already created templates.
EMR: Manage All Experiences This will give access to add and edit the experiences for the provider's documentation. This is accessed under Document -> Dashboard -> Experience bubble
EMR: Manage Quick Texts
This will give access to add and edit the quick texts for the provider's documentation. This is accessed under Document -> Dashboard -> Quick Text bubble
EMR: Manage HEP Allows a user to edit the HEP part of HENO.
Billing: RCM Messenger Allows a user to access the RCM messenger, which contacts the RCM team if you are an RCM client of ours.
Billing: Billing This grants access to the Billing tab and patient's payment/encounter/claims tab. This allows the user to access the Reports-> Patient area. For RCM users, this will privilege will send you an email when there is correspondence with the billing team.
Charge Card: Manage All Cards on file Allows a user to edit any patients cards that the practice has on file.
Charge Card: Charge Grid Allows a user to use the multiple charge card feature within Schedule>Schedule List View
Credit Card: CC Report This will allow the user to access the Reports tab -> Credit Card report to see transactions completed.
Credit Card: CC Set Up This will allow the user to access the Admin -> Practice -> Credit Card area to set up a new terminal or edit an existing terminal.
Credit Card: Charge Card on File This grants the access to be able to charge a card on file and save a new card to a patient's account.
Credit Card: Charge Card This will allow the user to be able to card a transaction to the terminal.
Credit Card: Refund Transaction This will allow this user to issue a Credit Card refund through the card processor. (Day after Batch)
Credit Card: Void Transaction This will allow the user to void a transaction completed same day.
Ideal Protein: Ideal Protein This will allow the user to access the IP tabs inside of the patients account. In the details tab, it will allow them to track if this is an Ideal Protein (or nutrition plan) patient. This will also grant access to the IP main tab where the user can track weight and measurements to track progress.
Deposit: Create/Edit Allows a user to create or edit deposits within HENO.
Deposit: Re-open Allows a user to re-open deposits within HENO.
Fax: Bulk Fax Allows a user to generate and send a Bulk Fax from HENO.
Inventory: Adjustments This will allow the user to track inventory count adjustments (i.e. theft, office use, etc.)
Inventory: Receive This will allow the user to receive inventory count into the system.
Inventory: Take Inventory This will allow the user to count on-hand inventory in HENO.
Inventory: Vendors This will allow the user to create new and edit existing vendors.
Inventory: Reports Allows a user to Access Inventory Reports.
Marketing: Manage This will allow the user to access the marketing reports.
Marketing: Comm. Rules -  Manage This will allow the user to access the new email feature to view, edit & create new emails.
Marketing: Comm. Rules -  View This will allow the user to view the new email feature ONLY.
Ops: Adjust Date Range This will allow the user to adjust the date range on a report.
Ops: Advanced Analytic This will grant the user access to the reporting in the Reports tab -> Productivity advanced reporting and Dashboard reporting and Billing reports.
Patients: Eligibility - Edit Payer This will allow the user to set the eligibility payer for the request
Patients: Eligibility - Request This will allow the user to request the eligibility file
Patients: FOTO Login Allows a user access to the FOTO area within HENO.
Patients: Merge Patients This will allow the user to merge patient's accounts
Patients: View SSN
This will allow the user to view patients full SSN
Patient: Text Message This will allow the user to use the Patient -> Texting feature
Patient: Uploads This will allow the user to view patient uploads in their account,
Portal: Add Patients This will give the user the button in the patients account to add them to the portal (this will send the patient a link)
Portal: Admin This will allow the user to update and change information about the patient portal in the Patient Portal tab
Sales: Administration This will give the user access to create and edit promotion codes
Sales: Business Lines This will allow the user to create new Business lines in the General Store
Sales: Categories This will allow the user to create new categories in the General Store
Sales: Commissions- Pay This will allow a user to Pay out commissions to your providers.
Sales: Commissions- Set This will allow a user to set commission rates on Items within the General Store.
Sales: Delete Order Allows a user to delete General store orders.
Sales: Delete Punch Allows a user to delete punches from a punch card.
Sales: Items This will allow the user to create new items in the General Store
Sales: Price Override This will allow the user to change the price during the order entry
Sales: Reports This will give the user access to the General Store -> Sales -> Reports area
Schedule: Auth/Policy Override This will allow the user to override the prompt on scheduling when the auth or policy are out of the set terms. This can be tracked in an audit
Schedule: Create Slot | Delete Slot This will allow the user to schedule & also allow the user to cancel on the schedule or remove unnecessary slots
Schedule: Drag and Drop This will allow the user to drag and drop appointments on the schedule (move to a different, time, day, schedule)
Schedule: Slot Builder This will allow the user to builder a schedule template in the Schedule tab -> Slot Builder.
Schedule: View Audit This will allow the user to view the Audit logs of a slot on the schedule.
Payment Plans: Manage Allows a user to manage Patient Payment Plans.
Payment Plans: Delete Paid Installments Allows a user to delete Paid Installments on a payment plan.
