Adding Jopari to Heno

Adding Jopari for the following reason:

  • Worker Comp Claims
  • Auto Claims

To add Jopari you will want to go to  Billing tab > Insurance:

you will be able to see current insurance plans added to your account.

Option 1 To create a new payment plan, click on the New tab in the upper right hand side:  
Option 2 To edit click the pencil located on the left side next to the users name:

From inside of the insurance company, you will be able to:

Once the Insurance Company is created or edited, this will take you inside of the Insurance Company click on claims:


  • Red: Clearing House Fee - Be sure to read the yellow alert at the top of the page for any cost associated with sending claims.
  • Yellow: Filing Indicator - This will be Automobile Medical (AM) or Workers Compensation Health Claims (WC)
  • Orange: Submission Method - This will be EDI for electronic claims
  • Green: Clearinghouse selected - This will be Jopari for (AM) or (WC) claims
  • Purple: EDI Payer ID- In this example we used Medrisk but you can choose and (AM) or (WC) payers you may need bye name or Payer ID if known.

    Adding State License to Jopari

    To add State License Number you will want to go to  Admin > Users:

    From inside of  Admin > Users, you will be able to:

    you will be able to see current users added to your account.

    Option 1 To create a new user, click on the New tab in the upper right hand side:  
    Option 2 To edit click the pencil located on the left side next to the users name:

    Editing a user

    Inside the Admin > User page, you will want to scroll to the user you wish to edit and click on the Edit Pencil:

    In the user screen, you will be able to add the following information:

    • State License Number

    • Orange: State License Number. *Please note: This is for Jorpari claims only and is for Texas and Florida (AM) and (WC) providers.

    Once completed please click "Apply Changes" in the upper right corner of your screen.
