How to Find a Patients Key
There are several ways to locate a patients key # in HENO.
Under the "Schedule" tab:
Click on "Schedule" > 
Click on a Patient >
Click the "View Cap Statements and Edit Patient" button > 
Click the "View Cap Statements and Edit Patient" button > 
The "Patient Key" will appear in the middle of the "Patient Details" pop-up :
Under the "Patients" Tab
Click on "Patients" >
On the "Patients" Screen, the Patient Key is listed next to "Rendering Provider" :
You can also click on the "Edit Pencil" of the patient you want to locate a patient key for >
You can also click on the "Edit Pencil" of the patient you want to locate a patient key for > 
The Patient Key will appear below the "Info" tab >
Click "Claims" >
