Changing Claim Status from Denied on Manual Payment

Billing < Claims 

You will want to click on the claim number.

2664421307c5c9bc8028b6bed864df86.pngAt the top, you will see Claim Information on the drop-down select 6. Change Status, snd click submit.
This will now display a drop-down box for you to choose the new claim status. 

Once the status has been changed, it will remove from the Denials/Rejections list in the claims.
