Patient Payment in Portal

Once the patient signs into their patient portal, they will be able to make a payment. 

They will select the Money icon:

The patient will select Make Payment:

• Payment Info (RED) - Enter payment amount (Can enter statement number in the second box if paying a statement)
• New Card (YELLOW) - Patients Credit Card information is entered here.
• Option to Save Card On File (ORANGE)  - Select Yes or No to save card for future transaction. If Yes is selected, they'll be able to select if the "Clinic can use card on file".
• Billing Address (GREEN) - Patients billing address information is entered here.

One the patients card information is entered, they can select Process Payment.

Once the payment is processed, a notification will appear:

The payment will reflect inside Patient Payments

• Billing -> Payments -> Patient: 

The payment will reflect in the patients account under Patient Payments:

The payment will reflect in the patients account -> Payments -> Card on File:
