Creating a Self Pay Order
In this article you will learn how to create a Self Pay order for your self pay patients within the General Store.
To create a Self Pay order, you will need to go to the General Store section then click on Create Order
Once you have clicked on Create Order:
- Purple Box
- Select your patient (or create a new patient from this area), select your location, and the chart.
- Green Box
- Click Create Order once finished
On the next screen, you're going to select the Self Pay business line you created
Now you're going to select your category
Next, you're going to select the Self Pay service for the patient
Time to select the quantity then click the + Add to Order button
Click the Back button twice in order to check out:
On this payment screen, you will not collect the payment. You will want to collect inside the Check-In or Check-Out in the Self pay slot type that you created.
