Pinned Payments

If you don't know what pinned payments are or not sure how they work, this is going to help you with that.

Pinned payments are used if a patient wants to pay multiple visit co-pays in a single visit. The only down fall is that if you do a pinned payment they will not auto post, you will have to do them manually.

This is what it is going to look like in the payment section of billing.

• When you post a payment to a visit it will post it and let you know how much is remaining.

• You would do this until you hit zero, applying it to all appointments and going from there. They will not auto post so this has to be done manually.
