How to Print 1500's

You can start in Three different locations. This will give you a PDF of the 1500 form to print.

  1. The patient's demographics -> Encounters tab
  2. The patient's demographics -> Claims tab
  3. Billing tab -> Claims -> Search patient

Going through the Patient demographics -> Encounters:
Inside the Encounter Tab, you will be able to see all approved encounters for the patient. Find the date of service you are needing to print and click on the hyperlink number of the encounter:

This will pull you into the Billing tab -> Encounter (Pre-Claim) area with it filtered to that date of service. Click on the hyperlink number again:

Once inside the encounter, you will see a Print 1500 button on the upper left hand corner. (This will only appear if the encounter is in the Approved status):

Going through the Patient demographics -> Claims:
On the claims tab inside the patient demographics, you will start by click on the hyperlink claim number:

This will bring you into the claim history information for the claim. In the upper right hand side, there is an Encounter Button:

This will pull you into the Billing tab -> Encounter (Pre-Claim) area with it filtered to that date of service. Click on the hyperlink encounter number:

Once inside the encounter, you will see a Print 1500 button on the upper left hand corner. (This will only appear if the encounter is in the Approved status):

Going through Billing tab -> Claims -> Patient search:
From this claims screen, you will want to search for the patient and select the date of service you are wanting to print by clicking on the hyperlink claim number:

This will bring you into the claim history information for the claim. In the upper right hand side, there is an Edit Encounter Button:

This will pull you into the Billing tab -> Encounter (Pre-Claim) area with it filtered to that date of service. Click on the hyperlink encounter number:

Once inside the encounter, you will see a Print 1500 button on the upper left hand corner. (This will only appear if the encounter is in the Approved status):
