Patient Registration
Friendly Reminder: You must have the General Store Add-on to access the Patient Portal

Patient Registration:
Your practice logo will show up at the top of your Portal.
They will click on the New Patient Registration button:
A pop-up for patient information will appear:
- Red - This information will go into the HENO Demographics. The email will be the User Name for the portal
- Blue - This will be added to the Chart Details inside the chart
- Gray - Field for the patient to indicate their referring provider. This will be added to the patients profile.
- Green - This will create the case, link the insurance, and add the member ID. This will show all insurances that are able to be selected from your Billing tab -> Insurance
- Once an insurance is selected, it will populate for more information
- If they are not the Policy holder they will select:
- This will Prompt for more information (it will automatically pull the patient's address to this area that was typed above):
- Once an insurance is selected, it will populate for more information
Once they have completed the form, they will Click Send Validation Email. The pop-up will change to fill in a validation code:
The patient will receive an email to the one they added in the form with a 6-digit code:
Once they have validated their email, they can now login:
They will receive a welcome email once they have registered:
This is what they will be able to view inside the portal.
