Average by Payer Scenario

This is a work around for finding the average by payer scenario. Just one example of how to run a report in HENO.


You will want to go into the Schedule tab -> Schedule Reports -> Completed appointment details:

In here, you will start by selecting the Actions Menu and adding a Column:

Add in the Column called Scenario to the right hand side:

Back on the main report, you will go back into the Actions Menu, Format, and Control Break:

Select the Scenario Column and Apply:

Now that the report is separated, you will want to add a couple of Aggregations from the Actions, Format, Aggregate:

The first one you will add is to Sum the Total Allowed column:

The second one will be Count the Visit Dates:

Inside the report, you will now have a total allowed inside that Scenario and how many visits have been completed:

With this you can find the average per Payer Scenario:
Example from above: $1360 allowed/7 visits = $194.29 per visit

You can also apply filters to see just the payer or create a pivot based on your above report for the "Short View":
