Insurance Eligibility Check

Please follow the steps below to verify patients insurance benefits:
**Please note: Not all insurance companies will provide benefits due to the policy having "fixed" benefits. If this happens please contact the patients insurance for further assistance. **
Click on the "Patients" tab >
Click on the "Edit Pencil" of the patient you want to check the eligibility on >
Select "Case" :
Select the "Edit Pencil" or "# Policies":
Click on "Policies":
Select "Check Now" under the "Check Eligibility" tab :
Select "Check Now" under the "Check Eligibility" tab :
Enter information:
Enter information:- Eligibility Payer ID
- Provider
- Service Code
- Visit Date
- Check Eligibility
Once eligibility is complete, under " Elg Results " you are able to download the file to view the patient benefits:
