Failed Fax
Here is how you locate a failed fax from the email that you received.
If you received the following email, please follow these steps to find which of your faxes failed.
- Fax Tab
- Outgoing Fax
- Actions
- Select Columns
- Add "Interfax ID"
- Click Apply Changes
- Copy the Message ID from the Email
- Paste the Message ID into the Search bar
- If you do not find it there, then please go to the following location as well.
- Outgoing Evals/PNs/DCs Fax Report
- Please follow steps 3 through 8 again.
These are the only 2 locations where you will find any of your outgoing faxes and if they failed or not.
