Failed Fax

Here is how you locate a failed fax from the email that you received.

If you received the following email, please follow these steps to find which of your faxes failed.

  1. Fax Tab
  2. Outgoing Fax
  3. Actions
  4. Select Columns
  5. Add "Interfax ID"
  6. Click Apply Changes
  7. Copy the Message ID from the Email
  8. Paste the Message ID into the Search bar
  9. If you do not find it there, then please go to the following location as well. 
  10. Outgoing Evals/PNs/DCs Fax Report
  11. Please follow steps 3 through 8 again.

These are the only 2 locations where you will find any of your outgoing faxes and if they failed or not.
