Forget to Print Paper Claims?

**Please Note: The paper claim PDF will purge after 48 hours 

We recommend for you to change you customize settings for rebilling the insurance to set the claims to Original prior to starting these steps: See Article - Customize Billing

These are the steps to take to be able to generate the PDF again for printing.

You will want to start in the Billing tab -> Claims:

Once on this page, you will add a couple of columns to your report (you can take off ones to make it easier to read):

The two columns you will want to add are Csm Key and Last Sent:

You will then want to apply two filters to the report (this is done in the Actions menu):

1. Filter the Csm Key = 5  (5 is the Print 1500 Submission Method)

2. Filter the Last Sent Time to the date range you want to look at:

Once you see the claims within the range and the submission type, you will use the check boxes to the left of the claim to mark the ones you need to print again. You will then use the Option Drop Down at the top of the page to submit the claim. Use Option 2 and click Submit.

These claims will now fall back into your Send Claims bucket in the Rebill area for you to Generate Paper Claim PDF and print:
