HENO Terminology
HENO Term | Meaning |
Evals | Evals in HENO are counted but the appointment being marked as an eval, not necessarily new all new patients |
Missing in Schedule | Patient is Active and does not have an appointment. See Article: |
Follow Up | Allows you to get rid of the sticky note reminders to contact a patient, their physician, or insurance. You can set a date and reason. See Article: |
Team | This is the grouping for the schedule. You can name the team as an individual, group of people, location in total |
Resources | This is the physical schedule that is attached to a user in HENO. There can be multiple resources on one team. |

Slot Builder | Schedule Template Builder |
Punch Cards | These are grouped services that are sold in the General Store. Allows you to count down multiple visits that have been purchased by punching a virtual punch card. |
Encounter | This is the status of a claim prior to sending it to the insurance. |
Status | This is where the patient is either active or inactive in HENO |
Sub Status | There are multiple active or inactive statuses that allow you to see where your patients are or separate them to be able to pull reports. |
Gur (Guarantor) | The guarantor is the person who is responsible for the medical bill. If the patient is under 18, the patient's guardian is the guarantor. A patient may also have a POA (Power of Attorney) if they are disabled or unable to handle their medical and finances. |
Experience Log | This is a flow sheet for activities, exercises, home exercise program, or education. We named it an experience log because you can track anything you have completed with a patient in here. |
Case | This the area where the insurance and the policy information will be kept. |
Chart | This is the area where you will hold the information based on the patient's diagnosis. |
Posted Payments | This means that the payment has been applied towards a claim balance. This can be patient or insurance payments. |
