Customize your Practice
(Optional, but Highly Recommended)

 ⃣    General Tab -> Customize Button by Cancel Graph
         ⃣    Select what boxes you want to show on your Daily Note
         ⃣    Customize your Receipt Footer and choose to show Cost of Care
         ⃣    Disable/Enable Safety Concern in Eval/PN/DC
         ⃣    Show Experience log (Flowsheet) on Eval/PN/DC
         ⃣    Choose when you want Action Items to trigger
 ⃣    Admin -> User
         ⃣    Add Salary for Productivity reporting
         ⃣    Add Privileges and Roles for user access to the system
 ⃣    Admin tab - > Practice
         ⃣    EMR -> Edit Disclaimer. This will be under all Documentation
         ⃣    Location -> Set up Practice Appointment goals and Daily Expenses
         ⃣    Reminders -> Select what reminder options and customize Email Last Paragraph
         ⃣    Eligibility -> Turn on P-Verify Eligibility
         ⃣    Set up your Productivity - Estimated Reimbursements
         ⃣    Credit Card Processing Set up
 ⃣    Document tab -> Dashboard
         ⃣    Create Experience log (Flowsheet) exercises, activities, education, and HEP
         ⃣    Set up Quick Text (easily added text to your document)
         ⃣    Create Custom Diagnosis to access your favorites or most used faster
 ⃣    Billing Tab -> Manager
         ⃣    Add additional CPT codes your practice uses
         ⃣   Edit current CPT codes with Facility Rates

Getting Ready for Live Date:

 ⃣    Data Load? __________
         ⃣    If No, please continue to next sections
         ⃣    If Yes: We recommend scheduling the Data Load 1 week prior to your Live Date**.
              This will assist you in getting patients on the schedule.
                       Data Load includes:
                       Insurance Companies, Referring Providers, and Patient Demographics
                       What is not included? Patient Policy information
                       Why? This is because some EMR platforms don’t provide the most current policy  ⃣    Schedule Patients
 ⃣    Schedule After Live Date Calls
         ⃣    1-2 Days after Live Date: ____________________

         ⃣    Posting First Insurance Payment in HENO: ___________

**Can be done earlier, but keep in mind any patients created in old EMR needs to be created in HENO as well.
