This will assist you in getting patients on the schedule. Data Load includes: Insurance Companies, Referring Providers, and Patient Demographics What is not included? Patient Policy information Why? This is because some EMR platforms don’t provide the most current policy ⃣ Schedule Patients ⃣ Schedule After Live Date Calls ⃣ 1-2 Days after Live Date: ____________________ ⃣ 1-2 Weeks after Live Date: ___________________ ⃣ Posting First Insurance Payment in HENO: ___________ ⃣ *We prefer to train you in-depth during a live scenario **Can be done earlier, but keep in mind any patients created in old EMR needs to be created in HENO as well. |
