How to Merge Patient Profiles

Please follow the steps to merge duplicate patient profiles:

1. Patient tab

2. Select patient

3. Actions

4. Merge 

5. Read the directions

6.Select the patients that you want to merge from the drop down*old patient & new patient*

7.Read the disclaimer and select the check box.

8. Select Chart 

9. Select Merge Patients

• RED-Directions
• YELLOW- Old patient & New Patient
• BLUE- If a chart is selected it will move all appointments and documentation from the old patient to this chart. If nothing is selected the old chart will simply move over
• ORANGE-Disclaimer
• PINK- Merge Patients
