Using the Fax Blast

Fax Blast System

A marketing tool used for uploading, scheduling and faxing documents directly to a list of providers and members that you create. This can be used to send out newsletters, brochures, offers, educational material and so much more!

Creating your marketing documents library

The first step for using the fax blast is to upload your marketing content into the system. 

  • Click "upload" to begin building your library. 
  • Click "edit pencil" to update or delete an existing document.

Enter the document description and choose a PDF file from your computer. Click "create".

Creating you faxing lists

Next, you shall create a list of the different types of members you will be sending your marketing content. These lists can be the different types of health-care disciplines, specialties, agencies, etc. Click "create" to build your customized lists.

Enter the lists name, and notes to further describe the members that will be included. Apply changes. 

Adding members to your faxing lists

Now that you have created you faxing list, it is time to add contact/ providers into the lists. Click "create" to add to your list members library.

Two important details are required: the person's name and their 10-digit fax number. Afterwards, double-click on the faxing list in which you wish to add the person. Click "create".

Scheduling a Fax Blast

You have uploaded your content, created you lists and added member fax numbers. You are ready to schedule and send out marketing content to your members. Click "schedule".

Select the type of list you for which you wish to schedule the marketing content. 

  • Referring providers- sends fax blast to all of your referring providers, that are not in the unsubscribe list, or excluded from fax blast in the provider's record.
  • Custom- sends fax blast to selected list you created.

Click "Go"

Select the fax blast document, the desired date and list of members.

  • Remember each fax has a cost of $0.05, and a summary of the cost will be generated in the following page.
  • Click "schedule"

You have now scheduled your fax blast. This page contains a summary of the estimated number of receipts who will receive your content, the estimated cost, the document, schedule date and lists of members you selected. You may delete or change the fax blast information.

  • Click "delete" to cancel the fax blast.
  • Click "apply changes" after updating information.
  • Click "close" to return to fax blast schedule page.

All of your scheduled fax blasts will appear on this page. This table contains a summary of the fax blast information such as scheduled date, sent details and status. You may click the edit pencil to update the scheduled fax blast.

Unsubscribing list members from fax blast.

If a list member opts out from receiving fax blast content you will click "create" and enter their 10-digit fax number. This person will no longer receive fax blasts.

Fax Blasts Report

This section generates a report of all of your outgoing fax blasts including information about the status of the fax (success or fail).
