Schedule Reports- Cancel/ No-Show

The graph on your General Tab Dashboard will show you the Cancel and No Show outside of Policy, but we have a report that drills down and provides more information into your cancellations. This report will allow you to track those patients.
You will be able to find this information by the following steps:

  1. Click on the Schedule Tab
  2. Click on Schedule Reports
  3. Go to the Cancel/No Show report

The way this report works is that it will look at all cancellations off your schedule. You will be able to see 5 different types of cancellations on this report:

  • Inside Policy cancel (these will be the black green cells on the report shown below)
  • Cancel with fee
  • No Show with fee
  • Cancel without fee
  • No Show without fee

  • Date Range
  • Specific schedule
  • Who canceled
  • And so much more!

Schedule > Reports > Cancel/ No show

1. Primary report

  • Generates a monthly report about cancels/ no shows and highlight the appointments that were cancelled within company policy. 
  • To change the time frame being reported, click the funnel filter.

2. Daily cancels

  • Generates a report of all cancels/no-shows by day. To filter for a specific day, click actions> filter.

  • Once inside the filter, click on the calendar icon to select the date. Click apply to save changes.

3. Dashboard report

  • Generates a historical report of all cancels/ no-shows.
