Rendering Provider/Signature Overrides

When you create this Override it makes the New Rendering Provider the billing provider. It also makes it so that both signatures are on the documentation. This works great for PTA's for all insurances and PT's that are not yet credentialed for a specific insurance.

Go to:

• Billing
• Manage
• Overrides
• Create

Select the type of Override: 

Rendering Provider - All Insurances or Rendering Provider - Specific Insurance

Rendering Provider - All Insurances

• Select Old Rendering provider (ORANGE)
• Select New Rendering provider (BLUE)
• Select if you want the Signature to Print on Both (Old & New documents), Old documents or New documents. (GREEN)
• Create (RED)

Rendering Provider - Specific Insurance

• Select Old Rendering provider (ORANGE)
• Select New Rendering provider (BLUE)
• Select if you want the Signature to Print on Both (Old & New documents), Old documents or New documents. (GREEN)
• Turn on "Multiple Ins" to select more than one insurance. You will need to move the insurance to the right column for the override to take affect. 
• Create (RED)

Once the override has been created, it will appear on this list:
