How to Lock / Unlock Account & Change Password

All password changes and the ability to lock & unlock an account are handled through the Admin of the practice. 

Admin -> Users

Click on the pencil next to the user's email:

Inside the user:

  • You can select the option to Unlock / Lock the User or Change Password (You will get a new screen to change the password with specific rules)



You will get a new screen to change the password with specific rules

Create your new password with the rules and click submit.
