Creating a Refund

Click Billing > Refund > Create

Choose Recipient Type > Issue Date > Status > Patient > Refund Method > Click Create

Here are the steps to record a Refund.

  1. Choose the payment that you would like to refund. 
  2. Click on the Refund amount 
  3. Enter the amount that you refunded and click Apply Changes
  4. Click Save and Now you will see that you have created your refund and there is a refunded amount.
  5. Click the refund number
  6. Change the Status to Issued (refund has been sent) and click Save when you have issued the refund.
