Creating a Refund
Click Billing > Refund > Create >
Choose Recipient Type > Issue Date > Status > Patient > Refund Method > Click Create >
Here are the steps to record a Refund.
- Choose the payment that you would like to refund.
- Click on the Refund amount
- Enter the amount that you refunded and click Apply Changes
- Click Save and Now you will see that you have created your refund and there is a refunded amount.
- Click the refund number
- Change the Status to Issued (refund has been sent) and click Save when you have issued the refund.
