How to Create a Contact
HENO has an amazing feature to allow you to track contacts with patients (and many others), as well as, set up a follow up for these patients to remind you.
Contacts
You can find this Contact create button in 2 different places:
Main Bar: Click on your username > Click on Contact
Click "Patients" > Click the Edit Pencil of the patient you want to add a contact for >
Click "Patients" > Click the Edit Pencil of the patient you want to add a contact for > 
Click "Contact" > then "Add" >
Fill in any information you would like to record & enter a follow up.
Fill in any information you would like to record & enter a follow up. Select Create.
