Internal Heno Payer Management Report

Within Our Latest Release your now able to add the payer into Heno if it isn't listed


By going into the RCM program your now able to go into the Payer setup tab and add in the pay if it isn't under the Insurance tab inside of Heno.





By clicking on "Add Office Ally Payer" a pop up will appear where you can add in the payer I.D if it isn't listed in Heno and once you add in the payer you'll be able to add in the payer under the Insurance tab inside of Heno.




When you go into Heno Under the Billing < Insurance tab < Click on the edit pencil next to the insurance < Under the Claims section you can choose the payer I.D you added in RCM from the drop down tab inside of Heno.
