Creating your Teams and Resources

Before you begin to schedule your patients, you will want to create your teams. 

Schedule -> Teams

On this screen you can manage and creating teams, location, or category for scheduling your appointments:

To create a new team/scheduling group - you will click on the "Create" button on upper right side

There will then be a pop-up that allows you to name the team and if it is active, then click "Create"

Part Two

The second step to getting this started is under the Resource sub-category on the Schedule tab:

On this screen you can manage and create the resources/users for the schedules

To create a new resource/schedule - you will click on the "Create" button on upper right side

There will then be a pop-up that allows you to do a couple of things (See screen shot below with colors):

  • Red - Chose a default location (If there are multiple)
  • Blue - Select the Team you want the resource on (Created above)
  • Green - Select the User who this schedule will associate with
  • Pink - Select if you want the resource to appear on additional team
  • Purple - Name your schedule
  • You can use the User's name if you choose to

Then click "Create"

After completed

You will be able to use the schedule to make appointments or create a template using the slot builder:
