FE312 Rejection Code Issue


After our latest update, HENO was informed that some claims were being rejected on the basis of rejection code FE312. This was an issue that was introduced with the update. Since then, this issue has been resolved in HENO and this rejection code should no longer be occurring. If you received this rejection code, simply resubmit your claim(s).
