Software onboarding Checklist

Welcome Aboard!! 

This onboarding checklist provides a quick overview of the steps new customers can take to get started with HENO. This article is for software subscription (Non RCM) Customers. 

  1. Watch the HENO Welcome Aboard Video.
  2. Check all your email tabs & spam folder to retrieve your HENO Welcome Aboard Email (subject line: Welcome To HENO (Important Action Required).
  3. Download Office Ally e-claims and ERA forms.
    1. If you have questions about which of your Insurance carriers require e-claims enrollments, see the "ENR" column in this list.
  4. Schedule a kick off call with your onboarding specialist.

  5. Send outcomes you need loaded to onboarding@heno.io.
  6. Login to HENO for the first time: Click here.
  7. Setup Card Connect Credit Card Processing:  Email tom@gocardconnect.com.
  8. Schedule your data import, and provide data file to HENO at least 1 week prior to go-live (be sure to watch the onboarding video for details).
  9. Register for live training & watch pre-recorded training.
  10. Download this onboarding checklist & complete the remaining steps starting on page 4, through the rest of the document.  Start under Customization Options.
