Software onboarding Checklist
Welcome Aboard!!
This onboarding checklist provides a quick overview of the steps new customers can take to get started with HENO. This article is for software subscription (Non RCM) Customers.
- Watch the HENO Welcome Aboard Video.
- Check all your email tabs & spam folder to retrieve your HENO Welcome Aboard Email (subject line: Welcome To HENO (Important Action Required).
- Download Office Ally e-claims and ERA forms.
- If you have questions about which of your Insurance carriers require e-claims enrollments, see the "ENR" column in this list.
- Schedule a kick off call with your onboarding specialist.
- Send outcomes you need loaded to onboarding@heno.io.
- Login to HENO for the first time: Click here.
- Setup Card Connect Credit Card Processing: Email tom@gocardconnect.com.
- Schedule your data import, and provide data file to HENO at least 1 week prior to go-live (be sure to watch the onboarding video for details).
- Register for live training & watch pre-recorded training.
- Download this onboarding checklist & complete the remaining steps starting on page 4, through the rest of the document. Start under Customization Options.
