Subscription EDI and ERA Enrollment Tracking

You're able to track your EDI & ERA submissions within the Billing tab.

  • Billing tab
  • Insurance
  • From the Report Drop Down change "1. Primary Report" to "2. EDI/ERA Enrollment"
    • You will be able to upload your enrollments and update status progression:

EDI Status

Click the " Not Set " under EDI status column

Once inside of the EDI status you're able to insert

  • Notes
  • Start date
  • Submitted date
  • EST. Approval date
  • Follow up date
  • Approved date
  • Payer contact first name
  • Payer contact last name
  • Payer phone number
  • Upload a copy of the submitted form

After completing the above fields select apply changes.


ERA Status

Click the " Not Set " under the ERA status column

Once inside of the ERA status you're able to insert

  • Notes
  • Start date
  • Submitted date
  • EST. Approval date
  • Follow up date
  • Approved date
  • Payer contact first name
  • Payer contact last name
  • Payer phone number
  • Upload a copy of the submitted form

After completing the above fields select apply changes.
