Subscription EDI and ERA Enrollment Tracking
You're able to track your EDI & ERA submissions within the Billing tab.
- Billing tab
- Insurance
- From the Report Drop Down change "1. Primary Report" to "2. EDI/ERA Enrollment"
- You will be able to upload your enrollments and update status progression:
EDI Status
Click the " Not Set " under EDI status column
Once inside of the EDI status you're able to insert
- Notes
- Start date
- Submitted date
- EST. Approval date
- Follow up date
- Approved date
- Payer contact first name
- Payer contact last name
- Payer phone number
- Upload a copy of the submitted form
After completing the above fields select apply changes.
ERA Status
Click the " Not Set " under the ERA status column
Once inside of the ERA status you're able to insert
- Notes
- Start date
- Submitted date
- EST. Approval date
- Follow up date
- Approved date
- Payer contact first name
- Payer contact last name
- Payer phone number
- Upload a copy of the submitted form
After completing the above fields select apply changes.
