Change Color of Cancel Type

In this article, you will learn how to change the color for the cancel type filter. 

To get started: 

• Click on the "X" next to the Default Highlight Conf. Status = 'Cancelled' since you will be creating new highlights for all patients.

To create your highlights:

• Click on Action > Format > Highlight

To filer the different cancel slots, you will need to input the following information under Highlight Condition

• Column: Canx Type
• Operator: = 
• Expression: Cancel
• Adjust the color you wish for your Cancels to be by clicking on the preset colors or by clicking the dropper.
• Click Apply once you have made these changes.

Now you repeat these steps for your other expressions 

Once you have made your expressions, you will see a different view of the patient appointments.

Now let's make sure to save these changes for future reference. Click on: Actions > Save Report > Name the Report > Apply.

After clicking Apply, your saved report will appear in the drop down

Now when you go into another patient's account under their appointments, you can see that patient's different cancel types.
