How to Change Express Check In/Out Slots

You are able to remove the Express Check In/Out for a patient if you need to:

  • Edit the information (will need to be edited prior to starting documentation to reflect changes)
    • Patient
    • Case
    • Authorization
    • Chart
  • Collect co-pay at check in
  • Cancel the Appointment (Or change date)
  • Change the Appointment time

Schedule tab -> Click on the appointment -> Click "Check Back In"

Once you have checked the patient back in, you can either Cancel the appointment or edit the information for the Patient's appointment:
